Just wanted to congratulate you.
When I received your email, which incorporated your newsletter, which I thought, was a nice touch simple and professional it was nice to see another business looking at new ways of communicating with their customers. It is not always easy to achieve this but I think that your presentation will certainly go along way to growing your business.
One thing though even when one takes on these new ventures unless they are backed up with good quality people, good quality work, professionalism and business ethics it will not mean a lot.
We have been working together now since 2004 and during that time our relationship has been simply we need our dealerships to be maintained to the highest level so that our customers can enjoy the environment they are in. You have always delivered a professional and just as important a friendly manner in our working relationship and there has never been a time when have not accommodated or given that little bit extra.
